    Clinical information: Headache Findings: A SOL (10×6.5mm) in the pineal gland, could be suggestive of pineal cyst, MRI with contrast injection is recommended for further evaluation. There is prominent peri-vascular (Virchow-Robin) spaces located in the perforating medullary arteries of cortical gray matter. Otherwise cerebral parenchyma including, basal ganglia, internal capsule, corpus callosum, or thalamus show normal configuration and signal intensity. The brainstem and cerebellum show normal shape and signal characteristics. Vascular system show normal flow voids, without obvious atheroma, occlusion or dissection. The visualized portion of sella, pituitary gland and parasellar structures are unremarkable. Paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. Calvarium and skull base show normal shape and signal characteristics. The visualized orbital contents are unremarkable. Impression: Positive finding as mentioned above
